Do you even have an idea of the difficulty

in reaching out for someone you can’t see?

I may want to make this a reality

But as it is now, it’s just a fantasy.

I may never have the chance to hold you

And I am grieving as there is not a clue

If this life will seriously take us two

To another dimension free of the blue.

Today, you are just a name I call

In the midst of a strong squall.

I may have seen you one night in the rain.

I may have even heard you call my name.
